When life throws you lemons, make sure to drink lemon water! I love squeezing lemon in my water in the morning. There are so many amazing benefits of lemon and I am here to share with you a few benefits! Let's go!

In order for your body to be in a healthy state, your PH level have to be balanced. Even though lemons are acidic, they are alkaline-forming on the body fluids helping to restore balance to the body PH level.
2. Lemons help give your skin a healthy glow...
Lemons are very high in vitamin C which helps your skin from wrinkling. You know what they say? Drink water for better skin! Instead of applying moisturizer that is loaded with vitamin C on your skin, try loading your water with lemons for that extra boost of vitamin C. You are what you eat and drink! Remember that!
3. Lemons helps with indigestion....
Drinking lemon water can be a laxative to help prevent constipation. Try drinking water in the morning to help wake your organs up in the morning to help give you energy to get through the day! ;)

The citric acid in lemons may help prevent calcium in the kidneys. It not only have citric acid but also the water you need to prevent stones.
